Firstly, the support that I received before my appointment was amazing. We held a telephone consultation where I instantly knew that Vanessa was one very special lady, who completely understood what I needed from this experience. In the days leading up to my appointment, I had some questions which would help me to prepare myself beforehand, and Vanessa answered these within minutes; nothing was too much trouble.
On the day of my appointment, I was so excited and nervous all at the same time, but Vanessa instantly put me at ease and, once I sat in the chair and the fun of trying the wigs on began, my nerves disappeared, and I had so much fun. My biggest problem was deciding which beautiful wigs to choose from, as I loved every single one which Vanessa had selected for me.
